If you’re ever unhappy with our product or service, for any reason, we want to make you happy again. So email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to help with whatever you need. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. The following examples are provided to frame your expectations:
- You were just charged for your next month of Cosmic Blocks, but you meant to cancel. We’re happy to refund that extra charge.
- You tried Cosmic Blocks for a couple months and you just weren’t happy with it. You can have your money back for those months. No problem.
- Your site experienced downtime exceeding 1% in a calendar month. You will automatically receive a credit on your account for the normal monthly price of your plan at the time.
- You enrolled in a premium plan but didn’t end up using the extra features or capacity. We’d be happy to apply a prorated credit towards future months.
Note: Services, discounts or other benefits you receive by taking advantage of a prepayment promotion are never refundable. If you choose to cancel your plan during the prepaid period, the disclosed value of the benefit you received will be deducted from your refund.
